New Administration

Project New Administration building for all the offices

Up to now, we’ve not had any administration building at our compound. So all offices were scattered over the whole compound which made communication very difficult.

Now all those administrative activities are going to be in one house. This will support good communication and cooperation and shorten many ways. And it will be the home for 5 of the administrators.
So this will also offer the possibility, that staff members can come together for prayer very easily.

Moreover the „Office Day“ each Monday, up to now located in the nursery school, will then be in that adminitration block:
„Office Day“ means, that people can come with their concerns, and students from other schools, who are involved in our program, bring their school reports, talk with the social workers about their future plans, school changes and so on.
The advantage of the new building is, that there is a separate entrance, many seats and even restrooms for the visitors. So they don’t need to enter the compound, but have an entrance directly to the offices.
This will even make work easier for the social workers.
