Background

The Vocational Institute is one of the numerous programs under taken by "Vision for Africa Intl." to enable less privileged children become self-sufficient in society.
The Institute was opened on 15th March 2006 to offer vocational training to both girls and boys.

Mission

Bringing up a generation that can make things happen. One that sees ahead and can use the resources available to sustain life. A generation that creates jobs and does not seek jobs.

Objectives

To train people to be self reliant;
To train people who can benefit in the skills and knowledge acquired together with the families, the community they live in and the entire country at large;
To train people who can develop the economy of the country;
To train people who can create jobs and employ others;
To train competent craftsmen/women to meet the demands of the labour market in their community;
To train God-fearing people of integrity and responsibility;
