Human Recource Manager UG

The role of the Human Resource Manager within the VFAI context is to provide effective overall human resource and managerial oversight in the organisation.
Reporting to the Leadership Team, the HRM is a senior managerial position that involves several line management responsibilities over multiple key roles in the organisation.
The HRM role will require elaborate performance management and an effort to ensure that the VFAI HR policies are adhered to as well as all other managerial procedures and targets.
The role requires a strong team builder and player as well as a seasoned interpersonal relations manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Organisational and Time Management skills
  • At least 3 years experience of working with Human Resources (specifically recruitment, selection and performance management)
  • An understanding of legal issues relating to Human Resource management
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Analytical skills
